Servers Setup, Maintenance. and Upgrading.
What are servers? In the simplest form a server is hardware setup to be reliable and secure, to provide a “place” where shared resources can be accessed and stored. However, servers can be very specialized devices ranging from file and/or print servers to database or web servers. Some servers are multi-function type servers while others perform unique and very specialized services.

Depending on the size of your company, the number of users on your network, the applications you use, and the intensity of the work the server will perform the server solutions recommended will vary. I am an expert in Microsoft server products from Windows NT 3.50 to Windows 2000. My expertise also includes Web Servers, E-mail servers, Client-Server setups, and database servers.

I am experienced with a variety of e-mail servers, including Microsoft Exchange server, NT Mail and a variety of other web-based e-mail servers. Depending on your current needs and long term plans you may be best served by a hosted e-mail service as appossed to investing in internal hardware and software purchases. Web Server
The same is true (as stated under e-mail server above), that depending on your immediate and long-term plans, it may be most cost effective to go with a hosted web server as appossed to an in-house server.
