Replacement
Once it has been determined what the problems are, and the solution is to have a part replaced, Lion Business will ensure that that part is replaced that very same day (depending on product availability), thereby ensuring that downtime and lost productivity is minimized. Nonfunctional technology can affect productivity, so I will do everything possible to get the job done quickly to minimize downtime and lost productivity.
Upgrades
From time to time, it is worth considering upgrading technologies. Your company’s needs, and not necessarily the latest and greatest, should drive this decision. Here once again allow me to discuss with you what your current technologies are, what your short and long-term plans are, and I would be happy to provide my insights and recommendations into what, if any, upgrades or other technologies are worth considering.
